Implementation

ApplyIT utilises "AIM"  (ApplyIT Implementation Methodology) to ensure successful projects every time.  AIM is based on the project management approach of the PMI (Project Management Institute).  AIM builds on the best practices of PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) and the methodologies of each of our strategic technology partners.

The AIM Methodology is structured around the following phases during a project:

Analysis,  Design, Development, Deployment and Operation.   

Each stage is associated with specific activities and deliverables which ensure that the project is successful.

Customer Services

Our friendly help desk is available to handle your queries professionally and efficiently.  Our consultants are equipped to handle and coordinate resolution of your support calls which could be resolved by our product specialists, the development laboratory and even third parties.

Service Level Agreements

In addition to the standard software maintenance on all our products we offer various service agreement options, categoried into Bronze, Silver and Gold, depending on the requirements. 

The scope of support services is defined upfront in in a Service Level Agreement (SLA).  A SLA is crafted to your specific requirements and typically includes a guaranteed response time, preferential access to specific skills,  proactive health checks and reporting.

To accomodate our local and international customers we offer 24X7 support. 

Certification and Training

ApplyIT has a competency program for formal certification in each of the OpSUITE solutions.   Our partners and consultants are encouraged to maintain their skills through this program.  Certain courses in the OpSUITE competency program are available to customers who wish to build in-house knowledge and skills.

ApplyIT consultants are also required to be certified by our strategic technology partners - Microsoft and Infor.
