The location for SMART Summit 2009 is the Didima Conference Centre, which is situated within the magnificent mountain setting of the Cathedral Peak Valley, with its unique blend of modern luxury and ancient cultural heritage which evokes the spirit of the bushman culture.
Winding up the narrow road approaching the camp, the Drakensberg mountain splendor beckons, with sweeping panoramas of jagged mountain peaks rising from massive sandstone cliffs, and dramatic cloudscapes against an impossibly blue sky.

Directions to Didima Camp:
From Durban
From N3 in the vicinity of Escourt take the Bergville/Colenso off-ramp; follow the R74 into Winterton; opposite the second petrol station (Engen) turn left onto the R600.
Then follow the signs to Cathedral Peak, after the main gate follow the signs to Didima hutted camp.
From Johannesburg:
Follow the N3 towards Harrismith, turn into Harrismith town and stay on the main road, past Spur. Turn right onto the R74 Bergville/Phuthaditjhaba. Travel on this road past Bergville town, turn right after the small bridge, and follow the signs to Cathedral Peak/Didima.
After the main gate follow the signs to Didima hutted camp.
